You have to understand that virtually EVERYTHING on Ebay is done this way. There are sellers out there that sell on Ebay for a living- meaning that if you interfere with their sales, you interfere with their livelihood, which in turn can come back on you if just one of them finds out who is interfering with their sales. Regardless if you feel that's it's unethical- it's a purely legitimate business, and contacting their buyers will not only get you kicked off of Ebay permanently(auction interference)but can also subject you to a lawsuit by the seller if they are a legitimate business. Yes, it does suck and doesn't seem right, but be forewarned.
