Why is everyone whining and complaining about Ebay?

I have a huge Indiana Jones collection, over 450 items, and I buy, sell, and trade on ebay. If I or someone else puts up an item for sale it's up to the bidders to decide how much it eventually sells for. No one forces the bidders to bid, it's their decision. Why does everyone act like the sellers are doing something wrong? I see posts by people saying they are contacting bidders, suggesting false bids, and other childish things. What has you so upset? If you don't want to bid then don't bid. I think ebay is a wonderful thing. I found items for my collection through ebay that I never would have gotten otherwise. I just do not understand this "evil ebay" mentality.
