My understanding of the cut on the original could ahve made it a short. It all depends on how the jacket is intended to fit that makes it a long, regular or short.

A suggestion? Just give them the measurements of either yourself or the manequin, and they'll cut it to fit. The chance that you have a manequin that has Ford's proportions is about 1:1,000,000. I think about the only person who would have one would be his wardrobe person - hey MK, would I be correct?
