Yes, the truck is the actual truck used in the 1st Indy movie.

It was used when he was being dragged behind while using his whip.

If you check out the Indy Adv. on the Disneyland section of the Disney
web site their "fun fact" says that it is the actual truck from the
movie.

Also, I asked a host working at the attraction and he said the same
thing - that the truck is from the movie.
