Young Indy video help

A while ago I wanted to buy a Young Indiana Jones Chronicles video but it wasn't available anymore. When I asked why they told me that something new was comming. I don't know what they are talking about, actually I don't believe them. Why are they not available anymore here in Belgium?
BTW Where can I find Ebay on the Internet, or is it only a shop in the USA?
