Yes, they don't really want to hear from you after they've made the sale. You notice you'll have no trouble getting through to their order line, but it's impossible to get through to their "customer service". Hack wants you to use e-mail, and he usually responds with snide sarcasm if you mention something that doesn't sound like complete praise. I was very polite and just asked about a certain feature that I would've preferred not be on a jacket. No wonder he's still just a sergeant.
