Also remember that Wings receives literally THOUSANDS of emails per week, as they service individuals all over the world, and sell a lot more than just our jackets, and yet they still have only the main email address, as well as David Hack's direct mail as mentioned above. It's amazing that David Hack can handle as much as he does, and as quickly, so just keep that in mind when trying the main US Wings address. They're doing the best they can, and 9 times out of 10, hit the mark in good time. Regards. Michaelson

: : : I've emailed them 3 times this week and have not gotten a response! Peter Botwright always replies back to me within a day or 2. What's the problem with Mr.Hack? Anyone else having the same problem with them lately? I've been using info@uswings.com

: : Yes, they don't really want to hear from you after they've made the sale. You notice you'll have no trouble getting through to their order line, but it's impossible to get through to their "customer service". Hack wants you to use e-mail, and he usually responds with snide sarcasm if you mention something that doesn't sound like complete praise. I was very polite and just asked about a certain feature that I would've preferred not be on a jacket. No wonder he's still just a sergeant.

: Try "sarge@uswings.com". The info email seems to be hit of miss when trying to reach him. Regards. Michaelson
