Yes and no...I sort of agree with you, BUT:
The TR games are EXCELLENT games (except III), and we owe Eidos/Core for Infernal Machine (good or bad? you decide, but I like it.)
Scendly, while I agree that it is disrespectful to put a skeleton with a whip and fedora in TR IV, there is this, I don't know, affection for the Indy movies in those games...you can tell their fans.
I think essentially the Indy skeleton was put there to foreshadow the end of the game, but what do I know?
