She said ALL my items showed up as in stock and ready to ship, she even checked the backordered 10" figure and said it was ready too! I think YOU are getting bad service and bad info. I tried again. At first I thought I was in trouble because my operator, Richard, didn't know about the motorcycle or airplane, but I got him to look on his computer, and "Lo and Behold" they were there! So, I guess the problem is that operators are working from memory and you need to get them to check the computer to be sure.
