Yep, it's the same with my jacket. And also I'm quite sure that this is
totally okay. Just look at the beginning of Raiders where Indy holds
up this map. You'll notice the extreme length of the sleeves there as
well. The sleeves seem to be sewn on very strangely. On the one hand
they hang down quite a lot but once you extend your arms over your head
they slide up pretty much.
