The changes will be made pretty quick - the prototype ought to be done this week. They expect every Expedition out there to come back to be revised, and no additional ones will ship until the changes are signed-off.

As to the zipper/collar facings? I think you are thinking of John's post on Wested revisions to their standard jacket.
