Check out bookfinder.com and do a search on the titles Raiders of the Lost Ark and TOD, also try under Kasdan and Huyck for author's names. You'll find about 15 of the former, about five of the latter, at varying degrees of expense - some of them VERY pricey, some cheap. You want the 'illustrated screenplay' of each film.
