Question for Patterson re. jackets

Hi,

I was wondering why there is such an effort to make a new jacket
with flight suits when the wested has the original pattern? Is
there something that the Wested does not have? I thought Peter
made the original jackets and still makes exact replicas?

I guess my real question is, I've seen you go to a lot of trouble to
try to get Flight Suits to make a "new" jacket with other specs, but
why? Aren't Peter's specs correct? And if not, how could that be
since he made the originals?

This post is not intended to offend anyone. Please understand,
I'm not knocking the idea of a new jacket or trying to insult your
expertise, I was just curious as to why..
