"A Virtual Card for You" is a hoax. You can find a list of all known virus hoaxes at Symantec's website at the following URL:

This is a good source to check before you pass bogus virus info on to others. Passing on messages about the hoax only serves to further propagate it.

"Pretty Park" is apparently an actual email worm program. However, it is safe as long as you don't launch the attached executable file called "PrettyPark.exe"
