Tough question. Unfortunately it's anybody's guess on the DVD's. From what I understand it's not in Paramount's hands, it's in Lucas'
Naturally he's tied up with Ep II right now, but I'm sure he's going to do them. The last bit of info came from the Digital Bits web site saying that the Indy DVD's will probably hit next year in 2002. But again, no substantial confirmation on it. Now with the actor's strike coming up (In June I believe) Maybe Lucas will have more time to get started on them, but you can almost bet he'll work on the Ep 1 DVD first.
As far as Indy 4 is concerned, just basically read the first line of this post. That's all the info I can find on it as well. All we keep hearing is "When the big three can schedule time together to make it" "Yes we all want to do it" and "We're working on it"
