Just to address your "already custom made" question, I had a PB made that I had to send back because it was too tall for me. I wear between a 6 7/8 and a 7 and it had the regular 5 1/4 in. crown in the front...WAAAY to tall on me. So, anyway, I just sent it back and Jr. made me a new one. Now the kicker is, he has the hat (and any other hats that are "returns") for sale at his shop because SOMEONE will want it! I have some pics of it that I could send you, if you like, but when you are talking to Jr. about your hat, you might mention this and you could mention my name. Email me, if you think you might be interested in talking about this further!
