It's from these alternating motions: I let the clutch go (left foot), I floor it (right foot), I slam on the clutch again, I floor it, then I usually stomp on the brake (also right foot)... ;) I have the shifty tongue only on my right boot, and only after driving. But it has gotten better already. I brake less now. ;)
