I think you're always better getting the custom fit, and given your proportions, I'd say you are in the same boat as me. The standard size would be a hair too loose around my waist, so mine will be slightly more tapered. My waist to chest ratio is 0.75:1, while yours is 0.72:1. "Normal" runs between 0.78:1 and 0.82:1, depending upon how much fat is deemed normal around the middle.
