Perhaps maybe when Henry says "Well it's a new experience for me!" about them being shot at, and Indy replies "Happens to me all the time". This COULD be a reference a bit out of character, about how nearly all of Harrison Ford's characters have been shot at, strangled, almost stabbed and almost killed....
