Yeah, looking at the pictures of Peru sorta makes me miss it. Then I remember the bus ride from hell during a break in the fieldwork... Just kidding.
I work as a "consulting archaeologist" at the moment; clients hire us types to satisfy their regulatory needs.
I hope to return to the warm embrace of academia before too long.
Do you know the great little bar in Lima, just off the Plaza de Armas, with the tile floor and the ceiling fans? Supposed to be good for eavesdropping on presidential intrigues...
