You would be correct sir. Obviously 007 has not seen the stunt show or else he/she would know the Tank (while not in the Raiders movie) is featured in the stunt show (as is the flying wing and a motorcyle but not the one from LC). Again I will state the stunt show only features CHARACTERS from the First movie. The toys, as a result, reflect the content of the show, not the movies.

: Perhaps M. Brody was referincing the tank that is parked outside the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular in Disney World. It is not the tank from LC, but it is made to look like it. I don't know, I'm just making this up as I go.
