Yeah,

There should be a bit where the Russians blew up a section of the track, that you jump with the cart. Once you've jumped the hole, stop the cart, and BACK UP...this will cause you to back off to the right side, and into a room with a waterfall, and a large pool with some crates floating in it. Jump across the crates, use the whip to swing towards the waterfall on the left, and you go through to a secet room, where the key is. Don't forget to swim down through the hole in the bottom of the pool for some treasure!!
