Regarding the below; I was curious to know if anyone else may have had
a similar encounter with Mr. James Neal of "Heroes For Sale Ltd." &
"NM2 Ltd." in Chetenham, Glouchestershire, England.

I ordered some Idol prop replicas from him in November of 2000 & my
card was charged in early December. Was told 2 weeks but nothing
arrived so I emailed back. After a month of no replies I sent a stern
email stating that i would like the charge to my card reversed or the
items sent or I would turn the matter over to VISA fraud division for
investigation. He did reply to that one & said there was a mistake
made by the "modelers". He promised to send straight away. Well,
here it is nearly 3 months later & nothing yet & I am told by a
secretary at NM2 that Heroes for Sale has closed their doors but Mr.
Neal still works for them at NM2 & Cheltenham Studios.

Long story short, I am still following through with VISA but I have
contacted my local Sheriff's Department & filed a formal criminal
complaint & have notified the Cheltenham Police who are more than
happy to help out. The two police departments will be working to look
into the matter. I would like to know if anyone here has or knows
anyone else who has been ripped off by this guy. It will build a
stronger case against him although I already have proof for my
situation i would like to help out anyone else in such a predicamen
