I'm 5' 11" and 165 pounds. I wear a 42" Wested and shirts with a 15 1/2" collar and 34" sleeves. I have the medium sized Noel Howard shirt and it fits me perfectly. It would not fit, however, if I were any bigger (quite the incentive to stay in shape!). I would suggest you order the large since the shirts -- like all European sizes -- are slimmer than the average American cut. You might ask if he can shorten the sleeves . . .
