I think if you are basing the figure on the 3 3/4 one it should follow the original Kenner one pretty faithfully. Having said that, however, I think most of us toy collectors would rather see a more "film accurate" rendition. Being that it will be primarily a cast figure I assume it will be relatively affordable which will mean you can sell lots of them to more people. This hasn't been the case with the beautifully detailed, yet terribly expensive, custom figures most of us see.

I say produce them as they are ordered since turn-around time should be pretty low on a cast figure. If you only sell 100 then no loss, if you get a huge response then all the better.
