Seems you ordered this jacket to size in chrome goat, they made it in veg goat. Seems to have been the last of the old pattern jackets that shipped - and they had intended on holding it and recutting it for you anyway once they had the green light on the final pattern.

I guess they called and talked to your wife? Anyway, sounds like they're going to fix you up. Mistakes. Their reputation tells me that these will go away, but they do get frustrating. I remain optimistic.
