Yeah, even though the tape clearly shows him TRYING IT ON (GRRR!!!), and walking away with it, they couldn't produce enough evidence to sustain any claim that he left the building with it. But I am very confident about my small claims court case...he'll at least have to pay...AND I will know where he lives (evil grin)..

: Even though most prosecutors want videotaped and signed confessions, I can't believe they press on this one. A jury could reasonably conclude the right thing.
