Having dealt in the vcd industry for the past few years, I can tell you that this numbering system is common....most of them are produced in Asia, and the like, and they like to draw attention to things by saying that they are a number *whatever* in the series....when in fact they are not. EXAMPLE : I recently bought The Crow 3 : Voices of 2000.....It was simply episodes of the TV show....I knew this, but that's what THEY called it.

I have seen XMEN 2, PATRIOT 2, ALIENS 5, 6, and 7...etc, and on and on.
