: If my memory serves me, I believe that according to the making of Raiders paperback book, the truck was built from the frame up, and even the producers hated to use it, because it, as well as the car, were so well built, they could have been placed in a museum. (Familiar phrase?) The truck was offered in the Kenner 1982 series, as well and the Indy/horse figures. They're pretty well made, with the truck having a take up devise for the kids to do the Indiana Jones being pulled under the truck stunt. I have one new in the box. They were pretty pricey then too, about $15.00, but according to Micah's list, have apparently gone quite a bit higher. Regards.
