Platoon!!!!!!!!!! Everybody I know who served in Vietnam says Platoon is pretty much a dead on ringer for what really happened over there! As for Apocalypse Now, I just really like the movie, first time you see it its like ok, what in the hell is gonna happen now? Great soundtrack, great scenes, great actors playing parts that fit them perfectly.
