It's definitely higher than you'll find one at eBay, as I've seen them sell in the mid $400 range, but not running. In the open market, though, that's pretty reasonable for a 22 jewel Hamilton, let alone one with the hack capability. That usually calls for a premium in watch prices, so he may be a bit low.
