LJN Indy Figure variation

I know there has been some talk about how there are variations to LJN's Temple of Doom Indiana Figure. The old face version and the young face version. I don't know which one I have. Does anyone have pictures?

Ps-Whats the big deal about Indy jackets? Can we talk more about the Toys???? hehe
