Until then, I still have to call the FS the most faithful recreation of the jacket from Raiders. From the looks of Indydawg's Wested, Peter is damn close! I just wish he'd return my emails/phone calls so I can place an order.

You have done the fan base a great service! Nothing should diminish that! If Peter is bitter about this in any way, well, then, those are feelings that he is going to have to live with! Along with the "truth" about the jackets.....
The revised edition is certainly back on the track, IMO, but I feel as you do about that blasted damned storm flap! It pokes WAY too far out when wearing it! And I KNOW the storm flap on MY jacket is wider than on your Last Crusade jacket, too!!!
Not having seen a FS in person (I don't really feel that any pictures do any of our jackets justice)
I can only feel that with all the research, digging, corroborating, and out and out hard work you put into the FS jacket, it HAS to be the most faithful Raiders jacket! Although, Peter is DAYUM close now!!!!

Here's to you and Peter...may you two get together soon to make that GREAT LOOKING Wested of mine, even BETTER by ironing out the details!
