I wear a 48, though it is made to measure. Length is 26, sleeve is 35.5, shoulder to shoulder is finished at either 20 or 21 (I don't have it in front of me right now). You can have the sleeve length altered on the off the rack jacket for fairly cheap - $10-$20 I believe.

On the jacket being "fitted" - it does have a taper to it, as did the original. Yes, the fit would be as you see in the bar scene when zipped. It's good for us - it'll keep the middle-aged indyfan going to the gym regularly (grin). This is not a "fat boy" jacket...
