Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade computer game: Grail Diary?

Hi,

I read a while ago that "a full Grail Diary" was supplied with the initial release of Last Crusade computer game. Does anyone here own the game and the supposed diary coming with it? It was said to be complete, and you would see a lot of things that weren't seen in the movie.
