Wested Customer Service Excellent

Just wanted to give a tip-of-my-fedora to Peter Botwright and Wested
Leather for their prompt and attentive service. I ordered a Raiders
version a few months ago (it was about a month and a half from order
to receipt of the jacket), but the zipper didn't work smoothly and
one of the pleats didn't close correctly. I returned the jacket for
repairs (or exchange) and received another, with all alterations, in
just over a month (don't know if this has been posted before, but my
side straps were attached outside the back panel as they should).

Thanks, Peter and all your staff who made an otherwise dreary winter
day considerably brighter!
