#1 sleeve length-top of shoulder seam to cuff - 24 inches
#2 back length from collar base to botom hem - 25 inches
#3 shoulder width-sleeve seam to seam. - 20 inches (taken from shoulder seams up to the collar base)

Also another measurement is requested from me was collar base, across the shoulder, around the elbow and to the cuff (according to Flightsuit's diagram) - 34

I'm not a tailor, so please forgive me if my measurements are off. I'd recommend asking Flightsuits their advice.
