: I got mine today and it's got to go back, in all likelyhood. Major case of 70's clown collar, even after I sent the specific dimensions I wanted the collar made to. Probably an oversight that I'm sure Peter will correct it, but how much longer and how much more will this cost me? This is the jacket I order 5 MONTHS ago, and now I'm probably looking at another 4-6 weeks back and forth to England for repairs.

I've sent my previous jacket back. It ran me just around $30-40 to ship it back to them. When sending it back, make sure that it is CLEARLY marked all over everything you can mark that it's a return of merchandise. Otherwise, UK Customs will try to charge Wested, and they'll have to refuse...

Don't forget to call Peter and let him know about this. He is usually more than happy to help you get everything fixed ASAP.
