They had to ship the "ruined" jacket back to New York so the claims office over there can take a look at it. But the PMG (she called herself the Post Master General for LA county, I thought there was only one in DC. I duuno) Anyway - she wrote down on the claim sheet that the jacket was definetly ruined and it was the fault of the post office. But the people in NY have the final say so. For some reason they say they have to talk with Peter before I can get a full refund. Long story short (too late for that I reckon) the woman here in LA said that I should have a full refund within two months. Here's to hopin' she's right.
Thanks again for askin', I'll keep you up to date whenever I get more info.
