The first YIJC episode, showed little Indy hitting a baseball through a window.

In the princeton spring break episode (YIJC), he was shown as being part of a baseball team. Also, in the episode where he is captured and sent to the prison, he cites the Boston Red Sox as winner of the World series...

Then of course you have my favorite from the Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade Graphic Adventure, where you can put Indy in the boxing ring with his Fedora on and spar with the boxing coach :)
