: Ok, I'm getting a little bummed, it's been a week and a half since I got my chrome goatskin Expedition. I thought the leather would relax and my pleat problem would get better, but it's only gotten more pronounced! The back pleat sticks out at the joining with the jacket, and no longer quite works as well as it did for opening up. My elastic there is a little loose, but I've experimented with clips to tighten it, and it doesn't help at all, even aggravates it if I tighten it too much. I'm going to call Flightsuits next week about it, but wanted to know if anyone else was having similar issues. Other than that, the leather has relaxed, and I love the jacket.

I think I know what you're talking about - I believe it has to do with the shoulder to shoulder measurement. Did you get a made to measure or off the rack? Based on the timing when you received it I am guessing it is off the rack. If so, I would recommend going down one size. I had them take some of the ease out of my jacket, and the fit is perfect. MK and I were discussing the terrific pictures you posted a ways back, and it looks like you have some bunching up across the chest as well? Again, I had them step my 48 down a bit (it may actually be based on what they would call a 46) and I've not had the bunching across the chest or the problem with the pleats. I did have this proplem with my deerskin from the previous pattern, and it was because of too much room being built in. Overall, my recommendation is to step down a size with the Expedition unless you plan on wearing a lot of layers underneath it.

Hope this helps - say hi to Dave for me!
