It's possible this could be a jacket Peter mailed/shipped out to someone for their order or repair. What if the post office here tried to deliver it and was unable? What would they do with a overseas package that was unclaimed or undeliverable? Send it back, likely with postage due? Anyone from the USPS around here, can you enlighten perhaps? Peter did e-mail again advising he only assumed it could have been mine, and that he did not get to see the package and does NOT know who the sender was.
