You must have checked one of those options on the customs form that you had to fill out when you shipped the package. If you chose "Return to Sender", then you will get your package back, but you will have to pay for shipping.

: It's possible this could be a jacket Peter mailed/shipped out to someone for their order or repair. What if the post office here tried to deliver it and was unable? What would they do with a overseas package that was unclaimed or undeliverable? Send it back, likely with postage due? Anyone from the USPS around here, can you enlighten perhaps? Peter did e-mail again advising he only assumed it could have been mine, and that he did not get to see the package and does NOT know who the sender was.
