Expedition Jacket

Hey all. I'm curious, is the "chrome" goatskin the same as the regular dark brown goatskin? I just got one in 46 R and although the leather is a little stiff, I'm not having any pleat problems. I've noticed that the blurb on the FS website seems to be changed and refined every week or so. If the "indy" fans have any pull, maybe you should ask them to call you "experts" instead. It has more of a ring of professionalism don't you think? Is that photo on the indy gear site of that Expedition one of the prototypes? It looks like much thricker, smoother leather then what I have.
