Botwright and Flight Suit Litigation

I understand that Flight Suits is planning to change it's named to Gibson & Barnes Premium Outfitters because of inpending litigation from Peter Botwright. They can move their assets quietly while Peter's solicitors are gear up for the war. Is this true? And why is the Wested Leather website so horrible?
