I forget where I read it. I think it turned up on a dogpile search. One of those messages that the bots turn up. I thought it was bullshit personally. I'm an attorney and know full well that changing a company name won't protect you from litigation. I also don't think that the FS Blurb should be so confrontational. They should just take out the bit about the original patterns altogether and just tell the story of how the jacket was created. Nothing wrong with that.
