: My advice to anyone ordering a Flight Suits jacket is to order a size smaller than normal. For example, if you wear a 44 inch dinner jacket, order a 42 inch Expedition.

I did this, too, but ran into a small problem. I wear a size 38, but I had to order a FS size 36. Yet when I got my 3rd FS jacket a few weeks ago, the back shoulder panel was just a tad too small. I sent it back and asked them to add 1 inch in this area.

In addition, the arm holes were too small, too. My shirt kept getting bunched up, and I felt a slight pinch in my arm pit area. Another thing to watch out for when moving down a size.

So I'd suggest that if you do order a size smaller, be prepared to have a few parts of the jacket tweaked by FS.
