Regarding Austin's comments

I read in a lower post that someone said it's just what they'd
expect as far as Austin initially not being happy with his PB, and I
must say that I have to defend Austin here.

He paid good money for his PB and seemd to not have gotten
what he asked for at all, so why should he be criticized for that?
It's happened to me before buying other things, so I understand
where he's coming from. I'd be pissed if I shelled out big bucks
for a hat everyone's raving about and not gotten a satisfactory
product.

He just wanted what he paid for. Give the man a break.
