"Boy, get down from there!" (Hey, I see another cognate! Do you? Junge - young? Junge means boy... )

"Runter jetzt!"
"Down now!"

Then they start fighting, Indy's on his ass...

"Komm her, steh' auf!"
"Come here, get up!"

"Ich geb Dir eins in die Fresse, da..." (cut off)
"I'll smash your mug in, ..."
(In the German version he finishes this line by saying: "..., davon erholst Du Dich nicht wieder!" "..., you won't recover from this!"
