There was a mis-q between Dave and I on that. I thought the thicker skin was normal, and wanted goat the same thickness as lamb. Dave had goat the same thickness as lamb, and I mistakenly thought it was a special batch he mentioned to me - the special batch was thicker. What a mess.

Bottom line - the veg seal brown is normally the same thickness as lambskin. It is much stronger, but it will be noisy for awhile.
